A VPN usually opens a broad, standing tunnel into a network. Overseer is a single-purpose gateway: it connects outbound only, exposes just the machine being serviced, and records every session — so access is scoped, authorised, and provable.
Do I need to open firewall ports or get a static IP?
No. Overseer dials outbound over WireGuard, so it works behind NAT and strict firewalls with no inbound ports and no static IP on the customer's network.
What does the session recording capture?
Full-screen video plus the keystrokes and commands issued during the session, each tied to the authenticated user — a complete, tamper-evident audit trail.
Can my customer control or revoke my access?
